Once you have successfully logged in then the app's InfoScreen appears - which greets you with some basic information about the accounting you just opened.
Note that you can always view your software's version and date together with the name and year of the active accounting on the main window's on top frame!
IMPORTANT info!
1.Please always check if others have been logging in using YOUR login name since the last time YOU know you were logged in (1).
2.Also check the timestamp and username who last modified the accounting (2).
3.Also make sure you LOCK the PERIODS after each monthly report submitted to your fundraisers (3).
4.Make sure that you never forget to create frequent backup copies of your accounting once important changes have been made (4).
5.Don't forget to enter all beginning-of-year exchange rates for ALL your foreign currencies against your transaction currency (5).
6.Please ALWAYS download, install and RUN the latest version of the software (6) By this you benefit from bug fixes and new enhancements
7.Finally, don't forget to use the Help buttons (7) from everywhere to learn how to make the most out of your software. You'll find tons of useful tips and tricks!
